The residential complex dates from the late 19th century, and is a typical example of the local traditional architecture of Salamis.
The old two-storey house will be restored retaining its original morphological characteristics, while internally it is shaped in a way that serves the modern needs of a holiday home. In the courtyard, it is foreseen the addition of two new constructions for the service of the ground floor house, which are part of the whole, while at the same time their construction from visible brick suggests that this is a newer intervention.
