"Morpho" (hereinafter the Company) takes seriously the protection of the privacy of its Website Users and its customers. For this reason it strictly follows the following Data Protection Policy, which ensures the protection of the fundamental rights to the protection of privacy and their personal data.

With this Policy, we wish to inform you about the way our Company collects through our Website and then uses and stores your personal data, as well as the rights you have regarding this processing.

9.1 By using the Website you certify that you are over sixteen (16) years of age. As long as you are under sixteen (16) years of age, you have the obligation to refrain from any use of the Website as well as from any provision of your personal data without the approval of the person exercising your parental care.
