"Morpho"   (hereinafter the Company) takes seriously the protection of the privacy of its Website Users and its customers. For this reason it strictly follows the following Data Protection Policy, which ensures the protection of the fundamental rights to the protection of privacy and their personal data.

With this Policy, we wish to inform you about the way our Company collects through our Website and then uses and stores your personal data, as well as the rights you have regarding this processing.

Where our Website also contains links to other websites, our Company bears no responsibility whatsoever for the processing of personal data or the content of said websites.

2.1 When processing your personal data, our Company follows the fundamental basic principles of processing, observes the relevant existing legislation in its entirety and complies with all the obligations arising from it, as by law the controller of your personal data.

3.5 You have the obligation to refrain from providing personal data of a special category ("sensitive") or data relating to criminal convictions and offences, concerning your person or third data subjects. In the event that in violation of the above obligation you voluntarily provide such data through our Website, we declare that we do not bear any responsibility towards you or third parties.


4. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

4.1 Our Company collects and processes Personal Data, where this is necessary for the purposes of serving legal interests [no. 6 par. 1(f) GDPR] for the following purposes:

    • Ensuring the smooth and user-friendly operation of our Website, as well as the security and stability of the system

    • Responding to the query and managing the request you submit through the relevant Website form.

 

4.2 Our Company may process personal data upon consent of the Users [no. 6 par. 1 (a) GDPR] for the purposes of communication and promotion of services through the Social Networks where we maintain an official website.

5. Third Recipients of the Data

5.1 Our Company does not grant your personal data or link its file for financial or other consideration with any third parties.

5.2 To serve the processing purposes stated in this Policy, our Company may provide access to or transmit your personal data to the following third parties, if any:

7. Data Retention Time

7.1 We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to serve the processing purposes, taking into account our business needs, applicable limitation periods and any legal obligations.

7.2 After the end of the retention period your personal data is destroyed from our files and system.

8.1 As a data subject, you have the right to request at any time access to the personal data held by us and to receive a copy of it and to exercise your rights to correct inaccurate or complete incomplete data. Also, as long as the conditions of the law are met, you can exercise the right to delete the data, to transfer it to another controller, as well as to limit and object to its processing.

8.2 The above requests are addressed in writing by postal letter to the headquarters of the company or by email to the electronic address dataprotection@morpho.gr. Our Company will respond to your every request in accordance with the terms of no. 12 GDPR.

8.3 If your rights are violated, we inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.

9. User Obligations

9.1 By using the Website you certify that you are over sixteen (16) years of age. As long as you are under sixteen (16) years of age, you have the obligation to refrain from any use of the Website as well as from any provision of your personal data without the approval of the person exercising your parental care. In any case, by using the Website you acknowledge that our Company is not responsible for your breach of the above obligations to the extent that it is unable, even if it makes reasonable efforts, to verify your age or consent of your guardian.

11. Amendments, Jurisdiction and Governing Law
